The perfect gift over the festive season could well be an Xmas magazine subscription for GQ magazine.
In the January edition of the mag, the Christmas theme is still prevalent as actor Ryan Gosling tells the magazine his mother still believes in Father Christmas.
He told GQ magazine: "My mother still believes in Santa Claus. We tried to break it to her once, but she wasn't having it. There are very few believers in the world, but my mother is one of them.
The actor, who's famed for roles in the Notebook and Half Nelson, among others, added: "I don't know if she'd admit that this is why she does it, but it's just more fun to believe in Santa than not to."
Gosling, who could net a Golden Globe next year for his performance in Blue Valentine, also told the magazine he got a job in a deli after appearing in the Notebook because he'd never had a real job before and he thought he should.
