If you're a fan of The Expendables and you've got a GQ magazine subscription, you'll be able to take the exercise advice of Dolph Lundgren.
The Swedish actor, who played Gunner Jensen, in the 2010 big-money, action star-filled film, has spoken to GQ magazine about a great exercise regime.
He recommended trying split routines to work out well. Lundgren explained:"I have one which is a full-body circuit training workout.
"You're on the bike and you go and do three or four different stations: leg extensions, chest press, shoulders and biceps. Then you rest and go back."
He said there is a push/pull regime he follows as well. On one day, the actor tries to do pushing exercises, such as squats, bench press, shoulders and lunges. Then the following day, he said he does down-pulls, biceps and deadlifts.
As well as the strenuous regime, he also enjoys a bit of meditation.
He told GQ magazine: "Relaxing and breathing even just one minute a day makes a big difference."
