Category: Lifestyle

Title: Acoustic Magazine

Steve Harley has spoken to Acoustic Magazine about how fate has driven not only his career, but his life.

The "cockney rebel" recently revealed to the publication how he feels cosmic forces have been at work in his experiences and that he feels that his path has been somewhat chosen for him.

Meanwhile, the magazine's new issue, which is due out in June, also features articles on a number of other musical luminaries, such as Virginia Luque, who has become one of the leading classical and flamenco guitarists in the world.

It also spoke to US guitar hero and Acoustic Magazine columnist Duck Baker, revealed his dislike for being labelled Celtic.

Furthermore, Martha Tilston, Blik Bassy and Stephen Lynch also feature, with all the usual hints and tips for getting to grips with your own acoustic instrument.

In fact, there are 15 pages filled with advice on technique to look forward to, with content that should be relevant whether you are still a novice or already play to crowds.

Steve Harley is best known for his work with rock group Cockney Rebel, with whom he still occasionally tours.
