Onscreen, Game of Throne’s is a deeply dark and serious place, but it would appear that on-set it’s quite the opposite as shown in a brilliant clip posted by actress Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen). In the video Jacob Anderson (Grey Worm) and Peter Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister) are shown playing around with knives with Dinklage pretending to be wounded by Andersons failed ‘sword twiddle’.
In the hit series the pair are Daenerys’ best hope at defending the city of Meereen from the attacking masters of Slavery Bay, which we saw the Mother of Dragons return to in the eighth episode of series six. Onscreen they may be the most fearsome warriors in the land, but it appears in reality there is more to swordplay than meets the eye with Clarke adding the hilarious caption: "Not as easy as it looks to sword twiddle after all."
The 29-year-old beauty, who is currently starring in weepy rom-com Me Before You, is also set to play Susan Smith in upcoming film Blood Mountain. Based the infamous true story of FBI agent Mark Putnam, who was posted to an Appalachian mountain town in Kentucky in the late 1980s. Smith was a poverty-stricken woman whom Putnam (Jack Huston) first enlisted as an informant and then becomes his lover. After she threatens to expose him Putnam brutally murders her. The role is expected to be her most harrowing to date, and is quite a departure from her fiery GoT character.
