Adele to debut full Skyfall song tomorrow night

Adele has written the theme song to Skyfall. She'll be debuting it at 0.07 on Friday morning!

Skyfall is the word on everyone’s lips – not only are the stars of the new James Bond movie peering out of several magazine covers, but even the theme song has been making headlines, as those of you with an NME magazine subscriptio will know.

Adele confirm on Tuesday that she had recorded the song Skyfall, as the theme by posting a picture of the song credits on her Twitter page. The credits say that the song Skyfall was written by A. Adkins and P. Epworth – being Paul Epworth, who co-wrote Adele’s smash hit Rolling in the Deep.

Of course, it wasn’t long until a snippet of the song leaked online ad what we’ve heard so far is great – very James Bond appropriate. The full song will premiere on Adele’s website at 0.07am on Friday 5th October, marking the 50th anniversary of the first Bond film, Dr. No.

We can’t wait to hear the full thing – and we’re sure whether you’re a Bond fan or an Adele fan, you’ll be excited in equal measure.
