Since 1854, the British Journal of Photography has wowed subscribers worldwide with a beautiful array of photography-related news through the years. Now, with over 750,000 followers on social media, the BJP is refreshing its 162-year-old format "to give more space to arresting images and in-depth analysis of the contemporary photography scene".
Other additions include an expanded page run, three new and high-quality papers inside and a bold new typography that "reflects the visual sophistication of the global creative community" they seek to serve. It's been six years since BJP's last re-design, and with award-winning iPad and iPhone editions available, the latest renovation of BJP's timeless format is a further indication of the Journal's important place in modern culture and photography as a whole.
