The High Court has ruled in favour of Pippa Middleton, banning the publication of photos stolen from the socialite's iCloud. Lawyers for the 33-year-old, however, have still said that they fear "rogue elements" abroad will seek to publish the hacked snaps.
The Sun have already mentioned that they were offered the illegally obtained photos multiple times, with a price of £50,000 allegedly mooted by the unknown supplier for snaps including pictures of young Royals Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
Barrister Adam Wolanski, who led Middleton's legal team, said she thought there had been a "genuine hack". He added that it was a "flagrant" and "criminal" act which had caused the Duchess' sister "considerable distress".
It is unknown at this time whether this hack is linked to the infamous 'celebgate' hack that stole pictures of superstars such as Jennifer Lawrence and Rihanna. The man behind that scandal, Edward Majerczyk, pleaded guilty to running a phishing campaign in July, earlier this year.
