The 40-year-old, who recently announced she's expecting her second child, donned black lingerie for the revealing shoot.
GQ magazine claims it's her "beauty and intelligence" that have netted her the role as the face of the huge US news channel.
The blonde bombshell told the publication about all the fan mail she receives.
She told GQ magazine: "Some of them just say, 'You're hot' - which, you know, I don't find insulting. But the ones that go a little over the top get deleted right away."
Megyn is one of the anchors on daytime show America Live, which was launched on Fox in February this year.
Prior to that, she was co-presenter, with Bill Hemmer, on America's Newsroom and she still appears on The O'Reilly Factor in feature named The Kelly File.
