Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon are set to star alongside one another for a new series set in the world of morning talk shows, marking the first time the pair have worked together wince Witherspoon featured in two episodes of Friends as Aniston’s sister.
The show, which is still untitled at this stage, is being be written by House Of Cards scribe Jay Carson.
The forthcoming show will also the first time Aniston has appeared as a regular star in a series since Friends last aired in 2004, although she has since starred in numerous films. For co-star Witherspoon, 2017 has already been a fantastic year on the small screen, with a celebrated turn in the critically acclaimed drama Big Little Lies.
