Coleen Rooney only gave birth to baby Kai eight months ago, yet she's already managed to regain her pre-pregnancy physique.
The 24-year-old WAG revealed to Star magazine that she lost her baby weight naturally.
"I didn't struggle to lose the weight or focus on it too much and I think that's the best way. The weight just fell off," she told the magazine.
However, the wife of England footballer Wayne Rooney said she does exercise regularly and she's particularly keen on boxing.
"I love boxing in the gym - once you've done that you feel like you've had a really good workout. It tones your arms and it's good for your stomach muscles too."
Coleen keeps in shape with a healthy diet too, tending to go for a boiled or poached egg for breakfast, or porridge or cereal.
For lunch she eats soup or a salad, followed by a proper evening meal.
After England were knocked out of the World Cup, Coleen, Wayne and Kai jetted off to Barbados for a fortnight's holiday at their Caribbean house then headed off to Las Vegas.
