The Hills star Audrina Patridge has spoken to Star magazine subscription holders about how she keeps her body looking great.
On an average day, the reality TV star said she eats oatmeal with fresh berries for breakfast, a turkey wrap with soup for lunch and a steak with veggies for dinner with a small side salad.
"I'll snack on string cheese, kiwis and a few almonds before having dinner," she told Star magazine.
She advises anyone with a sweet tooth to satisfy their craving by eating fruit, such as an orange or some strawberries.
When it comes to exercising, Audrina describes herself as being a very "outdoors-oriented person".
"Anything to do with the ocean - just jumping in and playing in the waves for an hour gives your body an incredible workout and it’s fun at the same time! When I do go to the gym, I like to use the cross-trainer and do Pilates," she said.
Audrina made her small-screen debut on MTV show The Hills in 2005. This year, she appeared on talent show Dancing with the Stars in the US.
