Current World Archaeology magazine is almost a relic itself, after reaching its 10th birthday this month!
To celebrate the milestone, the publishers have created an extra special issue. The founder and editor of the magazine, Andrew Selkirk, has looked back at the last 10 years’ issues and dug out the very best bits (geddit?).
A panel of archaeologists will also look to the next ten years, predicting what discoveries could be made.
At Çatalhöyük in Turkey, the international team of archaeologists have developed amazing 3D scanners and models that can prove just how much technology can change the way future excavations are recorded.
